Primal Fitness

My Recommendations:

  1. Resistance training – find something you enjoy doing and do it for the rest of your life, changing it up every now and then to keep from getting bored. My results with P90X were amazing but it’s not for everyone.
  2. Move, Move Move – walk, run, bike, snowshoe, hike, etc. there are so many options. Do one you love or do them all – just don’t overdo.
  3. Try new things – never put limits on what you can do. Want to take-up snowboarding, surfing, scuba diving?  Be smart, do your research and get help from experts. After-all an injury will put a serious damper on your primal goals.
  4. Always remember – You can’t out exercise a bad diet.
